dolphins galore. living bay:) beautiful beautiful beautiful, went over to headlands for run. great run, sore left head of femur, tight there it seemed. rode over bridge, saw dolphins, so many... they got out of the way of the costco. huge water cutter. caught up with etc river crew, cheyenne and robin. split for mward, split for home. life life is paradox. there is black and white, lots of it.

today,

ed b day, but didnt get to talk to him, called and left message with him, and jeanie. got molar fixed, it was tooth #12, the filling had broken so it was cleaned out and replaced with white filling, no custard. dentist visit wasnt so bad. good on me. got the trash pincher and a bucket too, camo bucket. trash wont know what hit it, blindsided. camo bucketblitzkreig. pulling in to marina and saw melanie, berkeley 7 yr cop, blocking off front age rd. took the opportunity and loaded the bucket with sea breeze trash. ice plant never looked so good. crescent sliver of a moon hung over the bay framed by pink and grey sunset pillow clouds. moments of clarity today...hmmm...chillin out in the dentist chair, stretching at piper park was good, good start for sure. reward was that i got to pick up trash and mean a really good person, officer o da law. easy conversation, mutual respect, more credit on her end, not often cops credit a bushy haired dude in cycling casualwear. paz out
